4. Pricing and Payment

  • Stain Removal: We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.
  • Damage or Loss: While rare, if damage or loss occurs due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the fair market value of the affected item, not exceeding [$50/item] or [$250 per order], whichever is lower.

8. Pickup and Delivery Terms

  • You are responsible for ensuring access to pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Missed pickups or deliveries may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • We are not liable for garments after successful delivery unless due to our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and applications—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of Wash City Laundromat or its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

  • As-Is Service: Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Services.
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites or vendors linked through our Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wash City Laundromat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
