These Subscription Terms govern your enrollment in and use of any subscription services (“Subscription” or “Subscription Plan”) provided by Wash City Laundromat (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Services
Wash City Laundromat offers Subscription Plans that provide customers with access to ongoing laundry services, such as scheduled pickups and deliveries, discounted rates, or other exclusive benefits. Details of each Subscription Plan, including pricing, features, and billing frequency, are outlined at the time of signup.
2. Enrollment and Billing
- Automatic Renewal: By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your plan).
- Payment Authorization: You agree to keep a valid payment method on file and authorize all applicable charges.
- Billing Dates: Your Subscription will renew on the same day of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 4 below.
3. Pricing and Changes

4. Cancellation and Termination

Our liability related to Subscription Plans is limited as outlined in our Terms of Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your Subscription.
8. Changes to Subscription Terms
