Wash City Laundromat Refund Policy

At Wash City Laundromat, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have created this Refund Policy to explain when refunds are available and under what conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of service completion.
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The issue was due to our negligence, and not due to normal wear and tear, incorrect care labels, or pre-existing damage.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide details about the issue, including photos if possible.
  • Allow us to inspect the affected items if needed.

We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Outcomes

If we determine that the service was not performed properly due to our fault, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Re-cleaning the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
  • Issuing a partial refund.
  • Issuing a full refund.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Wash City Laundromat management.

4. Limitations

  • Refunds requested after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to $50 per item or $250 per order, whichever is lower.
  • Refunds for promotional services, gift cards, or discounted services will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

5. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • Cancellations for subscription services must follow the guidelines in our Subscription Terms.

6. Timing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
