At Wash City Laundromat, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. Service Refunds

    

   • Refunds are only available if the service was not provided as agreed.

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

    

   • Completed wash-and-fold or self-service laundry is non-refundable.

   • Pickup and delivery fees are non-refundable once service has begun.

3. Process

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
